This course covers Levels 1 & 2 in an accelerated one day course.

It incorporates the requisite legal requirements to practice food safety & Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point   HACCP effectively in the workplace.

This Level 1 & 2 Food Safety course is aligned to the requirements set out by  the Food Safety Authority of Ireland. Food Safety and HACCP training is a legal requirement under Regulation (EC) 852/2004 which states that all food workers are supervised, instructed and trained in food safety commensurate with their work activity.

  • Personal hygiene for food handlers

  • Pest control & waste management
  • Cleaning and disinfection

Assessment: 1 hour exam.

Duration: 1 day.

Certification: Certified by the Food Safety Professionals Association Level 1 & 2 Food Safety & HACCP Certificate.

Participants: Maximum 15 per course.

Refresher Training: Certification valid for 5 years.
